A Space to Feel Heard, Understood, and Supported

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely heard, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

Meet Stephanie

Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the therapist behind Oak & Willow Counseling.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself— not like you have to say the right thing or have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with plenty of room for humor along the way.

I especially enjoy working with tweens, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, identity, life transitions, and all the complicated parts of growing up and finding your place in the world.

My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported while we work together toward meaningful change.

Why Oak & Willow?

The oak represents strength, stability, and a safe foundation. The willow represents flexibility, resilience, and healing— the ability to bend through life's hardest moments without losing who you are. At Oak & Willow, my goal is to help tweens, teens, young adults, and families build both: strong roots to ground them and the resilience to keep growing through whatever life brings.
